Job summary

Centerbrite is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (BCBA track) to join our growing ABA practice and support children and families in their homes.

You’ll work closely with experienced BCBAs, receive mentorship, and have opportunities for growth into Lead RBT and BCBA roles, with flexible, part-time hours and paid training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with in-home ABA therapy or pediatric populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes according to individualized treatment plans.
• Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities.
• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data, complete session notes, and communicate progress with your BCBA.
• Build genuine, professional relationships with children and families.

$24–$26/hour · Part-time · In-home

You’ll work closely with experienced BCBAs and clinical advisors who provide genuine mentorship, regular feedback, and hands-on support. You’ll have room to grow, but you won’t be left to figure things out alone.

• Quarterly performance bonuses
