Job summary

Centerbrite is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist for in-home and clinic-based work in New Jersey. This part-time role offers flexible hours, engaging families, and mentorship from experienced BCBAs who support your growth.

You'll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills, and collect data while working under BCBA supervision. Competitive pay ranges from $26 to $30 per hour with quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes per individualized treatment plans.
• Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities.
• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data, complete session notes, and communicate progress with your BCBA.
• Build genuine, professional relationships with children and families.
