Job summary

Centerbrite is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BCBA track) to provide in-home ABA therapy. You will work closely with BCBAs and receive ongoing mentorship, with room to grow within the team.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, paid training, and clinically supportive supervision, plus a clear path into Lead RBT and BCBA roles. Enjoy a collaborative environment where your work makes a real difference.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes according to individualized treatment plans.
• Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities.
• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data, complete session notes, and communicate progress with your BCBA.
• Build genuine, professional relationships with children and families.

You’ll work closely with experienced BCBAs and clinical advisors who provide genuine mentorship, regular feedback, and hands-on support. You’ll have room to grow, but you won’t be left to figure things out alone.
