Job summary

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches.

You'll deliver 1:1 sessions in homes, schools, or clinics, implement treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA, and participate in supervision and trainings to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training
• Must pass a background check
• Consistent availability Monday-Friday preferred
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

$20 - $25 an hour
