Job summary

Majestic Care ABA in Indiana is seeking a motivated Registered Behavioral Technician to support in-home ABA sessions with children. You will implement ABA teaching techniques, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA to meet treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Preference for pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Experience with children in behavioral settings preferred but not required.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• RBT certification encouraged; training provided if not currently registered.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients with respect and dignity.
• Engage clients appropriately during sessions.
• Act as role model for clients and caregivers.
• Be consistent, reliable, and provide services on scheduled days.
• Maintain professional communication with families/caregivers.
• Be supervised weekly by BCBA and ready to provide feedback.
• Meet with supervisor weekly to discuss progress and data.
• Notes to be taken during sessions with parent signatures.
• Data collection and notes on Majestic Care ABA devices.
• Keep weekly reinforcement checklist and request additional needs.

• Maintaincleanandorganizedtoysandmaterials.

• ImplementABAteachingtechniquesduringsession,suchas,differentialreinforcement,shaping,chaining,taskanalysis,andprompting,fading,andproactivestrategies.
• Followprogrammingobjectivesandfollowstreatmentplan(BIPwhenapplicable)
