Job summary

Bounce Therapy in Vermont is hiring a Behavior Technician (Center Based ABA Therapist) to join our Early Childhood Centers in Essex Junction and Colchester. You will provide 1:1 ABA Therapy under supervision of a BCBA and help children build communication, independence, and social skills in a center setting.

This full-time, year-round role offers a supportive learning environment, competitive pay of $22–$24 per hour, weekday schedule, paid time off, health benefits, and access to free RBT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to work locations.
• Patience, curiosity, and interest in working with young children.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience with children, especially autism, preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus, not required.

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (Center Based ABA Therapists) to join our growing ABA Early Childhood Centers in Vermont. Our BCBAs provide exceptional training, mentorship, and support in a collaborative environment. We are passionate about helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based care, empowering them to build greater independence, confidence, and success.

The Details

• Pay: $22–$24 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–4:45 PM
• Location: Centers in Essex Junction and Colchester, VT
• Commitment: Full-time, year-round employment.

What You'll Need
