Job summary

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home or school-based 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in Florida, Davenport area.

You will collect data, follow individualized treatment plans and communicate with families and supervisors. RBT certification is required; 1 year of ABA experience preferred. AHCA background screening applies.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required

• Experience with data collection and charting methods

Responsibilities

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease problematic behaviors per treatment plan

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About BIFA:

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home and school-based services for clients throughout the state of Florida. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Experience:

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
• RBT: (Required)
