Job summary

Little Rays ABA in Tallahassee, FL is hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians to staff cases across Florida, delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, help clients develop communication and daily living skills, and record progress through data collection while collaborating with families and BCBA supervision. This is a hands-on role with growth potential in a supportive team across Florida.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required (training available).
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in related field is a plus.
