Job summary

Golden Care Therapy in Florida is seeking an ABA Therapist to join our in-home or school-based 1:1 programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA services under supervision and following each patient's treatment plan.

You will collect and submit data using our electronic system, maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration, and participate in ongoing training to advance your skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience in ABA or special education preferred.
• Ability to work in-home or school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease challenging behaviors by following patients’ treatment plans
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration

About BIFA:

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home and school-based services for clients throughout the state of Florida. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Experience:

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
• RBT: (Required)
