Job summary

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to deliver in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services for children with autism under supervision in Florida. You will follow treatment plans and collect data to track progress, communicating regularly with families and the team.

Ongoing training, tuition assistance, and a flexible schedule are offered to support professional growth within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in special education or ABA preferred.
• RBT certification required.
• Experience with data collection and treatment planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in-home or in-school.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to improve functional behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

• Provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About BIFA

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home and school-based services for clients throughout the state of Florida. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Experience

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
