Job summary

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is hiring an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services for children diagnosed with autism. You will use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease barriers to learning, safety and social opportunities, all guided by the patient’s treatment plan.

You will collect data on an electronic system and keep families, supervisors, and administration informed with clear, timely communication.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required per job posting.
• Experience in special education and ABA preferred.
• Knowledge of data collection and behavior tracking helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in-home or at school for children with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and submit data using an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About BIFA:

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home and school-based services for clients throughout the state of Florida. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Experience:

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
• RBT: (Required)
