Job summary

Alight Behavioral is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum in Minnesota. The role is part-time, in-person, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for training and growth.

Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy sessions, teaching play and social skills, and documenting session outcomes. RBT certification is preferred, but the team will assist you in attaining status, with paid training and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• 40 hour RBT training completed.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred; training provided.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
