Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum in a child-centered, supportive environment.

We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs, offering comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and a flexible schedule with in-person sessions in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred; training assistance available.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play and social skills.
• Teach self-help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

We’re looking for energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
