• High school diploma is required; higher degrees preferred.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete within six months).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to engage in active play and ensure client safety.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a BCBA.

• Collect data on client progress and complete session documentation.
