Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will provide direct-care behavioral therapy to children, work with supervising BCBAs/BCaBAs, and help implement individualized treatment plans to improve outcomes.

You will collect data, document sessions, and support families in applying behavior strategies. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and are willing to travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must be able to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must obtain RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data per company policies and submit session notes.
• Support families and caregivers in following behavioral strategies.
• Maintain professionalism including timely arrival and communication.
