Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and related disorders. You will implement evidence-based interventions under supervision to promote meaningful improvements in behavior and quality of life for kids and their families.

Join a supportive, growth-oriented team with BCBAs and BCaBAs, collect data, document session notes, and travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply
• Have the ability to travel to and between client locations
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned)
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication
