Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions and recording session data on a tablet.

Paid training is provided, and part-time roles are available with flexible scheduling. We offer a supportive clinical team and opportunities to grow as you help children with Autism reach their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
