Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time, home- and community-based ABA services. Join a dedicated clinical team delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.

• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and help implement care plans.
