Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in achieving their individual goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, following evidence-based interventions and collaborating with the clinical team.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling, access to paid training, and opportunities for fellowship and internships to accrue hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
