Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Iowa. We offer part-time positions delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, enabling flexible schedules and meaningful impact.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification (or are pursuing it), a high school diploma, and a genuine passion for helping children with autism. We provide paid training, strong clinical support, and referral bonuses to reward contributions

Qualifications
