Heartland ABA is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to support clients in home and community settings in Iowa. The role offers part-time opportunities with flexible schedules, paid training, and on-the-job guidance from a clinical team.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, collect session data, and help clients build independence under supervision. RBT certification is required before working; experience in education or related fields is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities
