Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with the opportunity to transition to full-time as caseloads grow.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans under a BCBA, and using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence. The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, stand up unassisted, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
