BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. The role emphasizes compassionate interaction, data collection, and collaboration with a clinical team to support client progress.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Candidates must obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and engage families.
