Job summary

27J Schools seeks a Registered Behavior Technician Paraprofessional to support students with disabilities in various settings. You will collect data, assist with behavior plans, and help maintain student records under a Behavior Consultant's supervision.

Responsibilities include supervision during recess and transitions, modifying materials, and assisting with IEP progress data. Candidate should have RBT, CPI preferred, and be able to lift up to 100 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working with school-aged students.
• Preferred 1+ years with students with disabilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing behavior programming in 1:1 or small groups.
• Collect data on behavior programming and report to the Behavior Consultant.
• Supervise students on campus and during transitions to promote safety.
• Modify instructional materials to support participation and engagement.
