Job summary

Fulton County Schools in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) paraprofessional to support social, emotional, and behavioral skills in the Exceptional Children - Behavior program. The role involves data collection, assisting with parent training, and implementing behavior plans under supervision.

You must complete the 40-hour RBT training and obtain required state credentials. Salary consists of the 210-day RBT/Para-Behavior Program schedule plus a $3,500 annual

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass the GACE Paraprofessional Assessment with a minimum score of 250 within 1 year from Date of Hire.
• Must obtain Georgia PSC Paraprofessional Certificate within 1 year from Date of Hire;
• Must complete the RBT certification requirements

Responsibilities

• Implements specific behavior plans as assigned by the Teacher/Behavior Interventionist
• Collects data related to interventions and student responses to interventions
• Assists with educational materials and data collection materials
• Assists with functional behavioral assessments or skill acquisition plans
• Maintains and submits appropriate records in a timely manner
