Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Google Suite and PowerSchool preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Work with students individually and in small groups.
• Support students in developing communication, social, and academic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain consistent behavior supports.
• Promote positive behavior and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Under BCBA supervision, develop and implement specialized instruction.
• When trained, engage in safety care processes and evacuation drills.
