HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to support children in our Plymouth, MA ABA clinic. The role involves delivering direct ABA services 1:1 and in groups under BCBA supervision, collecting behavioral data, and supporting caregiver training in a multidisciplinary setting.

The position offers opportunities for RBT training and supervision, with competitive hourly pay ($24-$28) and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings under BCBA supervision.
• Collect behavioral data and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with caregivers and team.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and ethical data handling.
