Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Peabody, MA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy across client settings. Training is provided, with pathways to RBT certification and BCBA mentorship.

Entry points include paid training, supervision, and a structured growth plan. The role offers starting hourly rates: RBT $23.50 and BT $21.25, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
