Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues across Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. Starting pay is $24.60 per hour for RBTs and $22.25 per hour for BTs, with referral bonuses of $500 for RBTs and $5,000 for BCBA.

Final compensation determined by experience and education.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
6+ months of relevant experience (incl. internships or related roles).
Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
