Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Vienna, VA is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) staff. Starting pay is $24.60/hr for RBT and $22.25/hr for BT, with referral bonuses of $500 for RBT and $5,000 for BCBA.

Final compensation is based on experience, training, and education. We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, including support to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant ABA-related experience or related roles.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
