ABA Centers of Virginia is seeking dedicated RBTs and BTs to support clients in Woodbridge, VA. The starting hourly rates are $24.60 for RBT and $22.25 for BT, with referral bonuses of $500 for RBT and $5,000 for BCBA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (including internships).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress & maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
