Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with autism in homes, clinics, and community settings. Starting pay is $24.60/hour for RBT and $22.25/hour for BT, with referral bonuses of $500 for an RBT and $5,000 for a BCBA.

Final compensation will be determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
