Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Wellesley, MA for full-time roles. Earn starting hourly rates of $22.25 (BT) or $24.60 (RBT) with paid training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy with direct client support in homes, schools, communities, clinics or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of session data.
