Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician (BT) in Wellesley, MA to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification, with a paid 40-hour training program and progression opportunities.

Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs; compensation final is based on experience, training, and education. Availability Mon-Fri 2-8pm; some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability Monday–Friday, with possible Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
