Job summary

ABA Centers of America, a leading ABA therapy provider in Massachusetts, seeks dedicated staff for direct client support and operational roles. The BT/RBT positions offer paid training, clear advancement paths, and multiple benefits as part of a growing team in the Wellesley area.

Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. Availability Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; Saturdays possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
• Prior exposure to ABA services (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
