Job summary

Calla ABA Therapy in Concord, North Carolina seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA therapy team serving children and young adults.

You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support families, with flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules in a compassionate, evidence-based care environment.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of 120 hours of ABA coursework and 40 hours of RBT training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment changes.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families and caregivers.
• Assist with training and support for other team members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in our team's mission to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children and young adults. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral plans and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collecting and recording data on client behavior, progress, and treatment modifications
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
• Assisting with training and supporting other team members as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client services
