Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect accurate data, and support families and caregivers.

The role offers part-time hours with potential to move to full-time, competitive pay, PTO, 401k, and ongoing clinical supervision and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in the home/school/clinic/community setting as assigned.

You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

What You Will Do

• Deliver direct ABA services in the setting identified for the assigned case, which may include a home, school, clinic, or community setting.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.

• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
