Job summary

Calla ABA Therapy in Concord, North Carolina, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our ABA team serving children and young adults. You will implement behavioral plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and build strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of 120 hours ABA coursework and 40 hours of RBT training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implementing behavioral plans and strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collecting and recording data on client behavior, progress, and treatment modifications.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Assisting with training and supporting other team members as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client services.

About the Role
