Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality one-on-one ABA therapy for children. You will work with families and a supervising BCBA to support communication, social, play, daily living and independence skills.

This part-time role offers after-school availability, mentorship from BCBA, monthly training, mileage reimbursement, PTO for all staff, and a $500 sign-on bonus after 180 billable hours.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills.
• Work closely with families and your supervising BCBA to support each child's growth and celebrate progress.
• You'll monitor progress and adjust interventions in collaboration with the BCBA.
