Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through evidence-based behavioral interventions.

You will work with BCBAs/BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and document session notes. The role requires travel between client locations and professionalism. If not RBT certified, you must complete certification within 3 months of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to travel between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
