Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings with ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with clients, collect and record progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
