Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, and collecting data to monitor progress. The role emphasizes positive reinforcement, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and ongoing professional development in a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
