Job summary

Alongside ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. Under BCBA supervision, you will follow individualized plans, collect data, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers school-based hours with open to home and clinic settings when school sessions are unavailable, a year-round schedule, and generous sign-on bonuses for certified or cert-to-career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid California driver's license and own transportation required.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively in school, home, and clinic settings.
• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record session data using agency-approved software (Boost, HiRasmus).
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families, and team members.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and supervision hours.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
• Respond to challenging or unsafe behaviors per training and protocols.
