Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 ABA services in a center-based setting for children on the autism spectrum. You will work alongside BCBA clinicians to implement treatment plans and collect progress data, supporting families throughout the process, with paid training and potential for guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on progress
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and other parties
• Physically assist with activities during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds, running, etc.) with children aged 2–15
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
