Job summary

Little Acorn ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills, and collaborate with families. Requirements include RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliability, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment.
