Heartland ABA is hiring a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings in Dayton, OH. You’ll receive training to earn your RBT certification and ongoing support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must successfully obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. Training and support provided to earn certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and families.
