Job summary

ABA Solutions in Tampa seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in schools and homes under supervising BCBAs and help collect real-time data on client progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel between schools and homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in schools and homes.
• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Support skill-building and behavior reduction across environments.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, SLPs, OTs, and other professionals.
• Use trauma-informed, assent-based approaches in every session.
