Above and Beyond Behavior Analysis (ABBA) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Tampa area for immediate clients, with full-time hours available. You will work under BCBA supervision, delivering ABA sessions and collecting data.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Fingerprinting and criminal history completed.
• L2 background check completed.
• I-9 and W-4 forms on file.
• Maintain RBT certification.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• CPR/AED training provided by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client data using electronic systems.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards during sessions.
