Job summary

ABA Solutions in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in our clinic setting. The role offers structured supervision from experienced BCBAs and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team.

RBTs will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with teachers and caregivers to support skill development. This position includes benefits and ongoing supervision from BCBA clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in clinic and school environments.
• Reliable and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in clinic and school environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements.
