Delta-T Group is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with Certification to serve clients in Hudson County. The role involves implementing BCBA-created behavior plans, reducing target behaviors, collecting data, and communicating progress to supervisors, BCBA/BCaBA, and families.

Ideal candidates have experience with K-12 students and hold an RBT Certification. The position offers weekly compensation and flexible scheduling as part of a broad network of client opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with the school population (K-12).
• RBT Certification required or held.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans created by a BCBA to help clients change behavior.
• Apply behavior reduction protocols to improve client responses.
• Collect and document client data for BCBA review and treatment adjustment.
• Communicate progress and treatment plans with supervisor, BCBA/BCaBA, and families.
